My mission is to help established founders scale with structure and intuition - leading from their light, not their limits.
From the front line of the Metropolitan Police to building Daisy First Aid into one of the UK's most trusted franchise networks, a national team of women operators that's trained thousands of parents, teachers and caregivers across the country, my work has spanned two very different front lines, both teaching the same lesson: calm wins.
I'm a mentor, speaker and founder of The Auré Society, dedicated to helping proven founders install structure, strengthen self-trust and lead with quiet authority. Through The Auré Society, my book 'The Remote Is In Your Hands', my podcast Lead From Your Light and private keynotes, I help established CEOs move from reactive and over-extended to steady, decisive and quietly in command, so the business grows, the team perform and the life outside work actually expands rather than shrinks.

I started Auré because I knew established founders deserved better - better rooms, better conversations and peers who understand the weight of the chair. Here's a little about the founder behind it.
Jenni Dunman
I spent a decade on the front line of policing and a decade building Daisy First Aid into one of the UK's most trusted franchise networks. Now I mentor the founders on their own front line - the ones who've built something real and are done paying for it with their energy, attention and Sunday evenings.
